Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve operational and service standards.
  • Ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall branch performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and support departments.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.
  • Maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in F&B or hospitality.
  • Experience in specialty coffee, premium dining, or a reputable restaurant group is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English.
