We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager who can take ownership of both daily restaurant operations and the overall brand experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence while ensuring the restaurant's brand vision is consistently reflected across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Restaurant Operations & Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
• Manage and supervise front-of-house staff and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Ensure smooth daily opening, closing, and shift operations.
• Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
• Oversee inventory control, stock management, purchasing coordination, and cost efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively implement practical solutions.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the restaurant.

2. Brand Management & Customer Experience

• Maintain consistency in service standards, presentation, ambiance, and overall guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the restaurant's image and strengthen its market positioning.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty, repeat visits, and overall guest engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activations.
• Ensure that all in-store experiences, staff interactions, and brand touchpoints align with the restaurant's identity.

3. Sales & Business Performance

• Take ownership of restaurant sales performance and work toward achieving revenue targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Implement strategies to increase average customer spend, repeat business, and overall profitability.
• Support menu development, product launches, seasonal promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend improvements.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain excellent service and operational standards.
• Build a positive, accountable, and professional working environment.
• Conduct regular staff briefings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
• Ensure employees understand and represent the restaurant's brand values and service philosophy.

5. Reporting & Ownership

• Work directly with ownership to align operational priorities with business and brand objectives.
• Prepare regular reports covering sales, costs, staff performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
• Recommend improvements and take ownership of their implementation.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to improve the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, cost control, and team management.
• A genuine interest in branding, hospitality concepts, customer experience, and business development.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to understand sales performance and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Experience in Dubai's restaurant or hospitality market is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
