Hoshi Gourmet Restaurant LLC is looking for passionate and customer-focused Restaurant Servers (Waiter/Waitress) to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or Restaurant Server in a casual or upscale dining restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
