Rig Operators (Shoring)

We are currently hiring an experienced Rig Operators on behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in piling, shoring, and foundation works in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drilling rigs for shoring works and Double Rotary CCFA (Cased Continuous Flight Auger) piling systems.
• Execute piling and shoring operations in accordance with approved designs, method statements, and site requirements.
• Ensure accurate drilling, casing, concreting, and reinforcement installation as per project specifications.
• Monitor drilling parameters and adjust operations to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Carry out pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of rig equipment.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, supervisors, and rig crew to ensure safe and efficient execution of works.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
• Report any mechanical issues, delays, or site challenges to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Rig Operator in piling, shoring, or foundation works.
• Strong hands-on experience in Double Rotary CCFA piling systems is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in shoring works and deep foundation drilling operations.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot drilling rigs under site conditions.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical construction methods and piling procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding construction environments.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
