Express Mile is a premium delivery of flower and gifting brand based in Dubai, focused on luxury floral arrangements, corporate gifting, events, weddings, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a highly driven Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager to expand our corporate client base and build strategic partnerships across the UAE.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, corporate gifting, luxury retail, hospitality, events, or related industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event planners, real estate companies, concierge services, and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE.
- Develop relationships with HR departments, executive offices, procurement teams, and marketing departments.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and corporate gifting solutions.
Partnerships
- Build partnerships with:
- Hotels
- Wedding planners
- Event companies
- Real estate agencies
- Concierge services
- Luxury brands
- Corporate organizations
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Track and report KPIs.

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of UAE sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Existing UAE corporate network and business relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Compensation
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
