Customer Support Operations Specialist (iGaming)
- Manage team handling chat, calls & email support
- Handle escalations & ensure high user satisfaction
- Track KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT) & improve performance
- Train, coach & support team members
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Risk & Payments teams
- Plan rosters & ensure peak-hour coverage
- Support retention & overall user experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years in support operations, including team handling
- Experience in chat & voice support (iGaming preferred)
- Familiar with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
- Strong communication (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred)
Additional:
- Own visa required
- Ready for rotational shifts
- 6 days working week
