Full job description

Customer Support Operations Specialist (iGaming)

  • Manage team handling chat, calls & email support
  • Handle escalations & ensure high user satisfaction
  • Track KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT) & improve performance
  • Train, coach & support team members
  • Coordinate with Product, Tech, Risk & Payments teams
  • Plan rosters & ensure peak-hour coverage
  • Support retention & overall user experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in support operations, including team handling
  • Experience in chat & voice support (iGaming preferred)
  • Familiar with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
  • Strong communication (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred)

Additional:

  • Own visa required
  • Ready for rotational shifts
  • 6 days working week

Location: Abu Dhabi (On-site)
