Draftsman – Construction & Fit-Out Works

AYA Constructions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for ongoing construction, finishing, and fit-out projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare material submittals and construction documentation.
• Revise and update drawings based on site requirements and project changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Support project execution through accurate drafting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the contracting and construction industry.
• Strong experience in construction finishes, interior fit-out works, and villa/commercial projects.
• Proficiency in preparing shop drawings, technical drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing systems, and fit-out methodologies.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, local codes, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
