JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, Organize, and direct activities concerned with the site.
- Ensure the work scope is well defined.
- Monitoring all site activities.
- Manage Multiple projects of Villas and Townhouses.
- Getting necessary personnel, and assigning the right duties to the right people as well as reprimanding and firing workers when needed.
- Managing both internal and external risks within the project lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-4 years of UAE Experience in Construction Industry.
- UAE Driving License.
- Experience in high rise buildings
- Should be available to join immediately.
- Ability to lead a team by being good and effective communicator.
- Excellence in planning how each process should be done, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should be completed.
- Flexible team player.
