Full job description
- Manage planning, execution, and completion of MEP works within scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth project progress.
- Review IFC drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues and site constraints.
- Lead MEP coordination with architectural, structural, and other disciplines
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Enforce HSE and quality standards on site
- Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and site teams
- Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain all project documentation.
