Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server / Beverage Attendant to join our team. The role involves providing excellent guest service, taking orders, and preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Prepare and serve beverages (juices, smoothies, coffee, mocktails, etc.)
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and beverage preparation areas
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of all drinks served
- Assist with bill processing and payment handling when required
- Support team members during busy service periods
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role preferred
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English required (Arabic is a plus)
