Micropile Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Anchor Machine / Micropile Operator on behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in piling, shoring, and foundation works in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate anchor drilling machines and micropile rigs safely and efficiently.
• Perform drilling activities according to project specifications and engineering requirements.
• Monitor drilling operations and ensure proper installation of anchors and micropiles.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or operational issues.
• Follow all site safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating anchor drilling machines, micropile rigs, or similar foundation equipment.
• Experience in piling, shoring, ground improvement, or foundation projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow site instructions and drilling plans.
• Knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
