CO2 Laser Machine Operator & Designer

Job Summary

Emaazz LLC is seeking a skilled CO2 Laser Machine Operator & Designer to operate laser cutting and engraving machines while creating and preparing designs for production. The ideal candidate should have experience with design software and be capable of managing projects from artwork preparation to final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CO2 laser cutting and engraving machines efficiently and safely.
• Prepare, edit, and optimize designs for laser production.
• Create artwork using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Set up machine parameters based on material specifications.
• Perform laser cutting and engraving on acrylic, wood, MDF, leather, paper, and other materials.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain machines and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients and team members regarding design requirements.
• Ensure proper material handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Experience operating CO2 laser machines.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of laser cutting and engraving processes.
• Ability to prepare production-ready artwork.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Basic English communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Self Visa / Own Visa holders preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• UAE experience in signage, printing, laser cutting, or fabrication industry is an advantage.

• Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,500 per month (depending on experience)
