Enterprise Process Transformation Lead (ERP + Automation + AI)

This role will drive end-to-end process transformation across functions, focusing on reviewing, standardizing, and automating workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and system-driven operations.

Scope includes:

• Sales & Commercial: Invoicing, KYC, PO validation, sales workflows
• Operations & Documentation: Packing lists, CoA, documentation processes
• Finance & Control: SOA reconciliation, reporting, credit control
• Procurement: Vendor evaluation, process standardization
• Logistics: Export documentation, freight coordination, invoice validation

Key focus areas:

• Optimize and streamline workflows
• Reduce manual work and duplication
• Improve turnaround time and accuracy
• Drive ERP-led processes

Total Experience: 3-5 Years

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in ERP environments (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay), business process reengineering (BPR), and exposure to automation and AI-driven solutions.
