We are looking for a Sr. Co Ordinator in Residential Maintenance with B2C Client Handling Experience.
Job Summary
The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the Operations Department in ensuring efficient day-to-day service delivery, particularly within Facilities Management and maintenance portfolio. The role involves overseeing job requests, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining accurate CRM/CAFM records, managing KPIs, coordinating with suppliers, handling customer interactions, and supporting payment collections. The position works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Residential maintenance.
Proven experience in handling preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
Well-versed in CAFM systems and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and FM/Maintenance service standards.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of MEP maintenance processes
Proficiency in CAFM and CRM systems
Leadership and team supervision skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
