IT and Operations Executive

A leading home services company is looking for an IT support executive with strong analytical skills and interest in business/operations.

Job Summary

IT and Operations Executive is responsible for:

• Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and software systems. The role ensures reliable network connectivity, system availability, data security, and technical support for end users
• This role will also have significant exposure to business/operations management and data analytics. Interest in business and data analysis will be very helpful

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support computer hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi networks and IP Telephony to ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure and manage company software, such as Active Directory (incl. accounts, permissions, email systems), network security systems, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and user authentication.
• Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Analyze operational/financial/marketing data and draw inferences and hypothesis
• Oversee specific areas of operations/products

Experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
• Strong analytical skills coupled with interest in business/operations management
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
