Mini Excavator Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled Mini Excavator Operator on behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in piling, shoring, and foundation works in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mini excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation activities.
• Perform excavation works in accordance with project drawings and site instructions.
• Assist with foundation, shoring, and utility-related construction activities.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks.
• Report any equipment defects, breakdowns, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and ground personnel to complete tasks effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating mini excavators in construction projects.
• Experience in piling, shoring, foundation, or civil construction projects is preferred.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license (if applicable).
• Good understanding of excavation techniques and site safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
