Web Developer

We are seeking a React Web Developer to join our team at Oplus Events.

As a React Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications and interactive digital experiences. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.
• Build responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate concepts into functional websites and web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into web applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and development trends.
• Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of web projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a React Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with responsive design and modern UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Node.js and backend integrations.
• Experience in event technology, interactive experiences, or digital activations is a plus.
