About Us:

We are a reputable beauty salon in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional hair care services and personalized experiences to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Hairstylist to join our team and contribute to our salon's success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of hairstyling services all type of Hair style , including but not limited to:
• Blonding services such as Balayage, total blonde, highlights, and lived-in hair coloring.
• Hair cutting services, specializing in short cuts such as pixie cuts, bob, lob, and long layered haircuts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing top-notch services and personalized recommendations.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell salon retail products and other services to clients.
• Take initiative in booking follow-up appointments for clients to ensure retention and maximize client lifetime value.
• Manage product stocks and inventory, coordinating with the receptionist to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Uphold salon standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service excellence at all times.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hairstyling industry through continuous education and training.
• Foster a friendly and positive attitude among salon staff and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a hairstylist, with a strong focus on blonding and cutting services.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dubai.
• High Proficiency in English is a must.
• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of hairstyling techniques, including Balayage, total blonde, highlights, lived-in hair coloring, pixie cuts, bob, lob, and long layered haircuts.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Strong sales skills with a passion for promoting salon retail products and services to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with salon staff and clients.
• Knowledge of product stocks management and coordination, with experience in inventory management.
• Valid hairstylist license/certification in Dubai.
• Friendly, positive, and proactive attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and results.
