Crane Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Crane Operator on behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in piling, shoring, and foundation works in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently for lifting, moving, and positioning materials, equipment, and construction components.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe operation.
• Follow lifting plans, load charts, and site instructions to perform lifting activities.
• Coordinate with lifting supervisors, signalmen, riggers, and site personnel during crane operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, lifting procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor crane performance and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and operations.
• Support site activities while ensuring productivity and operational safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Crane Operator in construction, piling, foundation, or heavy civil projects.
• Valid UAE Crane Operator License.
• Strong knowledge of crane operation, load charts, lifting procedures, and safety standards.
• Experience working on piling, shoring, or foundation projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
