The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and NOCs from relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and secure approvals, permits, and NOCs from government authorities such as DDA, DM, Trakhees, Civil Defense, and other relevant entities.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure all approval requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents, drawings, and applications in coordination with the design and project teams.
• Follow up on the status of approvals and address any concerns or queries raised by authorities.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations and authority guidelines related to interior fitout projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Maintain records of all approvals, permits, and correspondence for documentation purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in handling approvals for interior fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, regulations, and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
