Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
- Print, scan, file, and organize documents and audit reports.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and payments.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Maintain office records, stationery, and supplies.
- Handle courier deliveries and document collections.
- Escalate urgent client matters to management promptly.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
