Female Customer service executive-Spouse visa ( Urdu speaking )

We are hiring a Female Customer Service Executive Spouse visa (Urdu Speaking) with experience in customer handling and trade finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of banking procedures, documentation, and client support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service
• Assist clients with trade finance and banking-related processes
• Manage documentation, Letters of Credit (LC), and customer records
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company procedures

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and English
• Experience in Customer Service / Trade Finance preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and banking operations

Location: Dubai

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
