Vinyl Wrapping Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Wrapping Technician to join our growing maintenance, fit-out, and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in applying high-quality vinyl finishes to furniture, doors, kitchens, cabinets, walls, and various interior surfaces for residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional workmanship, ensuring proper surface preparation, precise installation, and timely project completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vinyl wrapping and surface finishing works on furniture, doors, cabinets, kitchens, wall panels, partitions, and other interior elements.
• Measure, cut, align, and apply vinyl materials accurately to achieve seamless and professional finishes.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, leveling, and priming where required before vinyl application.
• Carry out repairs, replacements, touch-ups, and re-wrapping of damaged or worn vinyl surfaces.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and site instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate with supervisors, project teams, and other trades to maintain efficient workflow and project progress.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vinyl materials.
• Complete assigned tasks within project schedules while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and site regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment on-site and in workshop areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Vinyl Wrapping Technician in fit-out, renovation, maintenance, or interior finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques, materials, tools, and industry finishing standards.
• Experience working on residential and commercial interior projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Good understanding of site safety procedures and safe material handling practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fit-out, renovation, and interior finishing environments.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, joinery, furniture restoration, or decorative finishing works.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability on-site.
