WE'RE HIRING – SOUS CHEF
Join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional food experiences!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Monitor food preparation and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Support menu development and new product creation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food quality and creativity.
