WE'RE HIRING – SOUS CHEF

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor food preparation and portion control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Support menu development and new product creation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for food quality and creativity.
