Sales Associate

J Restaurant Management is looking for a professional and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our flower shop team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, attentive to detail, and capable of creating a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flower selections, bouquets, and gift arrangements
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the shop
• Receive, arrange, and replenish floral products and related merchandise
• Support inventory monitoring and stock management
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a flower shop, gift shop, or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and basic cash-handling skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
