Barista/Waiter

We are looking ladies for a passionate and customer-focused Barista/Waiter who delivers exceptional service and creates a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. The ideal candidate understands customer behavior, anticipates needs, and builds strong relationships with regular customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly with a genuine smile and positive attitude
• Provide personalized service by remembering regular customers and their preferences
• Take accurate orders and ensure all customer requirements are clearly understood
• Proactively engage with customers to avoid any issues or misunderstandings
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to café standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and well-presented personality
• Ability to read customer needs and provide proactive service
• Strong memory and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
