**About the Role**
The Operations Manager will oversee villa renovation, maintenance, and interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality delivery, and leading teams across multiple sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end execution of villa renovation, maintenance, and fit-out projects.
- Plan project schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor site progress.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company quality standards.
- Handle client communication, updates, and issue resolution.
- Control project budgets, materials, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections, snagging, and final handovers.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 7–12 years of UAE experience in villa renovation/fit-out operations.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, civil works, and interior finishing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple residential projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
