Full job description
We are looking for a hungry, results-driven Sales Executive to join 24.7 Uniforms. If you are a confident deal-closer who thrives on hitting goals, this role is for you. This position is highly performance-based: your base salary is guaranteed upon hitting your target, with uncapped commissions on top for every deal you close.
Compensation Structure
- Target-Based Salary: Your monthly salary is strictly tied to achieving assigned B2B sales targets.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn highly attractive commissions on all closed deals on top of your target. The more you sell, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively hunt for new B2B clients across various sectors (schools, hospitals, corporate offices, restaurants, hospitality).
- Manage the complete sales cycle from cold outreach and lead generation to closing the deal.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and present our uniform manufacturing solutions to corporate buyers.
- Prepare professional quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top-performing B2B Sales Executive in the UAE.
- Experience in uniforms, garments, or textile manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- A hunter mentality with aggressive negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and strictly meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and your own vehicle (preferred) for daily client visits.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
