Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversees and coordinate daily operational activities.

* Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure productivity and performance targets are achieved.

* Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Conduct regular site visits and provide operational support when required.

* Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.

* Prepare reports and provide updates to management on team performance and operational progress.

* Ensure a safe, efficient, and positive working environment.

Requirements

* Minimum of 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant industry.

* Valid UAE Driving License (preffered).

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
