Head Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Barista with extensive experience in specialty coffee, beverage innovation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a refined palate, deep knowledge of coffee trends, and the ability to create signature drinks that elevate the café experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily barista operations to ensure consistency and quality
• Develop and introduce innovative and trend-driven beverages (hot & cold)
• Maintain exceptional coffee standards including extraction, milk texturing, and presentation
• Train and mentor baristas to improve skills and service quality
• Monitor coffee quality, taste profiles, and supplier consistency
• Create seasonal menus and signature drinks unique to the café
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
• Work closely with management to improve customer experience and sales

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a barista (with leadership experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and flavor profiling
• Proven ability to create new drinks and menu concepts
• Up-to-date with global coffee trends and customer preferences
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• High attention to detail and passion for quality
