Job Title: Certified Lifeguard

Summary:
Monitor aquatic activities, enforce safety rules, and provide immediate rescue and emergency care to protect the health and safety of all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers and monitor water conditions at all times.
• Identify and prevent unsafe behaviors and potential hazards.
• Enforce facility rules and safety regulations.
• Perform water rescues when necessary.
• Administer first aid, CPR, and AED assistance during emergencies.
• Respond quickly and effectively to accidents and incidents.
• Inspect and maintain rescue equipment and safety supplies.
• Conduct opening and closing safety checks of the facility.
• Assist with emergency action plans and evacuation procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions.

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Strong swimming and water rescue skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Swim long distances and perform rescue techniques efficiently.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Lift and assist individuals during rescues.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (if applicable).

Preferred Skills

• Previous lifeguarding or aquatic safety experience.
• Knowledge of pool operations and water chemistry.
• Experience working with children and large groups.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
