Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Executive / Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong recruitment background within the UAE's development, construction, contracting, or real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates both locally and internationally to support our growing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in the Development, Construction, Contracting, or Real Estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
  • Experience recruiting candidates within the UAE and from overseas markets.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition skills.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates locally and internationally.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
