We are seeking a skilled and motivated Orthodontist to join our growing dental practice on a part-time, revenue-sharing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for flexibility, growth potential, and a collaborative clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality orthodontic care while helping expand and strengthen our orthodontic services. We are looking for someone patient-focused, professional, and confident in delivering modern orthodontic treatments.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions and alignment issues
- Develop customized treatment plans for patients
- Provide braces, retainers, clear aligners, and related orthodontic treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree with Orthodontic specialization
- Valid dental and orthodontic license
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Experience with braces and clear aligner systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
