Full job description

The Site Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day site operations for interior fit‑out and custom furniture installation projects. This role ensures that work is executed according to drawings, quality standards, and project timelines while coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management — Supervise daily site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Team Coordination — Manage carpenters, installers, and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Fit‑Out Execution — Oversee installation of joinery, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other interior elements.
Drawing Interpretation — Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.
Quality Assurance — Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, finishing standards, and client expectations.
Material Control — Track material usage, request additional materials, and ensure proper storage and handling.
Health & Safety Compliance — Enforce safety rules, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a hazard‑free site.
Client & Consultant Coordination — Attend site meetings, address queries, and communicate progress updates.
Progress Reporting — Prepare daily/weekly reports, document site issues, and escalate delays or risks.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience — 4–7 years of experience in interior fit‑out or joinery installation, with proven site supervision background.
Technical Knowledge — Strong understanding of carpentry, joinery, and interior finishing materials.
Drawing Literacy — Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Leadership — Strong communication, team management, and problem‑solving skills.
Time Management — Ability to plan tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple site activities.
GCC Experience — UAE/GCC interior fit‑out experience preferred.
Driving License — UAE driving license is an advantage.
