Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Female Florist to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for flowers and floral arrangements, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. In this role, you will create beautiful floral displays and arrangements while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorative displays for various occasions
• Prepare and maintain fresh flowers and plants to ensure quality and longevity
• Assist customers with floral selections and provide professional recommendations
• Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and floral supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the floral workspace and display areas
• Handle customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation and delivery
• Contribute creative ideas for seasonal arrangements, promotions, and store displays
• Ensure all floral products meet company quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Florist or in floral arrangement is preferred
• Strong creativity and artistic ability
• Knowledge of flower care, handling, and arrangement techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required
