Full job description
Looking to hire an Inventory assistant for a bakery in Ajman. Basic knowledge of store management, inventory tracking, usage of MS Office tools will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Receive and inspect incoming stock and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure stock availability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory or stock management
- Basic computer skills (Tally, Excel knowledge is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
