Full job description
We are looking for a Male Home Care Nurse or Caregiver to provide home-based care for a male patient recovering from a hip injury/fracture following a fall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the patient with daily living activities and personal care
- Support mobility, transfers, and walking assistance as advised by doctors
- Monitor the patient's condition and recovery progress
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with exercises and rehabilitation routines if required
- Ensure the patient's safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
Requirements:
- Male Nurse or experienced Caregiver
- Previous experience caring for elderly patients or patients recovering from fractures/surgery
- Knowledge of mobility assistance and patient handling techniques
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Available to join immediately
