Full job description
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Helpers to assist skilled workers on construction sites. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, help maintain a safe and clean work environment, and perform general labor tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians, carpenters, painters, and other tradesmen on-site
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment
- Help with digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers
- Maintain site cleanliness and organize materials
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous construction or labor experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, carrying, standing for long hours)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
- Basic knowledge of concrete works and formwork
- Familiarity with safety standards and construction site procedures
