EXECUTIVE SALES LADY WANTED – LUXURY RETAIL

We are looking for a talented, polished Sales Executive / Team Lead to join our luxury retail brand.
Must have UAE experience in a similar field.

Role Overview

This role combines sales leadership, VIP client management, and administrative coordination. You will represent the brand at the highest level and play a key role in driving revenue and client relationships.

Sales & Leadership Responsibilities

• Act as a team lead, supporting and guiding sales operations
• Sell to VIP clients through:
• Showroom
• Website
• WhatsApp
• Exhibitions
• Home service
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a luxury client experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong after-sales relationships
• Represent the brand with professionalism and high standards at all times
• Coordinate with production managers to ensure accurate client orders and top quality
• Work with online retailers to ensure inventory is delivered and uploaded correctly
• Manage and maintain the website once launched (photos, stock, updates)

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and data records on internal company sheets
• Coordinate between departments, clients, suppliers, and management
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers as required
• Follow written instructions and take on additional duties when assigned
• Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
• Ensure the showroom and merchandise meet luxury standards (cleanliness, scent, presentation)

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience in luxury retail or a similar field
• Strong sales, communication, and client-handling skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Presentable, confident, and brand-driven
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
