A leading shipping company based in Sharjah is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
- · Certificate or diploma in a related field is preferred.
- · Good knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry.
- · Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- · Team player with a professional attitude.
Job Description
- · Updating port Moves, including out, in, load, discharge, port manifest.
- · Submit loading, discharging list to port in due time before cutting off.
- · Monitor containers move empty and full in all locations.
- · Submit required reports in timely manner.
- · Check containers report photos and highlight fresh damages.
- · Issue delivery orders, bill of lading, as per required within time frame.
