Full job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the coffee roasting and wholesale distribution sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the coffee and hospitality sectors, including cafés, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
- Negotiate and close contracts with key clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Experience in the coffee, F&B, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong business development skills and the ability to network effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
