Job Title:QA (Manual & Automation Testing)

Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in testing mobile and web applications. The role involves ensuring the quality, stability and performance of web and mobile platforms through both manual and automation testing. The candidate should be capable of working across fast-paced Agile environments and delivering high-quality releases.

What You’ll Do

Manual Testing

• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Validate UI/UX consistency and application behaviour.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Automation Testing

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for web applications.
• Convert manual test cases into automated scripts.
• Execute automated regression suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug and maintain automation scripts.
• Improve test coverage and reduce manual effort through automation.

API & Backend Validation

• Test APIs using tools like Postman or similar.
• Validate data integrity between systems.
• Perform basic database validations using SQL queries.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile automation.
• Strong experience in e-commerce application testing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in test case design and execution.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced release cycles.

Good To Have:

• Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Basic understanding of data quality impact on AI outputs.
• Experience in setting up test reporting dashboards (Allure, extent reports etc.)
