Relocation Officer

Next Generation Immigration is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Relocation Officer to join our growing Immigration Services and Travel & Tourism team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international relocation, immigration support, and travel coordination services, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high-quality experience for our individual and corporate clients.

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage client relocation cases from initiation to successful completion

Provide support for international immigration processes including documentation coordination, application tracking, and client guidance

Coordinate travel and tourism services such as flight bookings, hotel arrangements, airport assistance, and travel itineraries

Assist clients with business and leisure travel planning in line with international immigration and travel requirements

Arrange accommodation, transportation, and settlement-related support services

Provide destination orientation, cultural guidance, and tourism information

Liaise with embassies, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and external service providers

Maintain accurate client records, case files, and compliance documentation

Deliver excellent customer service and post-relocation and post-travel support

*Requirements*

Proven experience in immigration consultancy, relocation services, or travel & tourism

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple client cases efficiently

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of international visa processes, travel documentation, and booking procedures.

Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred 1 Year Experience in Sales

Immigration consultancy firms (international / non-UAE immigration)
