Civil Engineer – Site Supervision (Site-Based)

We are currently looking for experienced Civil Engineers (Site Supervision) to support ongoing construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing site execution, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee day-to-day civil works on site, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications
• Inspect construction activities such as excavation, piling, shoring, dewatering, concrete works, waterproofing, and backfilling
• Verify contractor adherence to method statements, project standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
• Prepare daily site reports, track progress, and highlight potential risks or delays
• Participate in inspections, snagging, and quality control procedures
• Review and provide feedback on civil-related technical submittals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (UAE attested)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, preferably with a consulting engineering firm
• Active membership with UAE Society of Engineers
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, standards, and best practices
• Familiarity with international codes such as ACI, ASTM, BS, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

Pay: From AED1.00 per hour
