WE'RE HIRING – SENIOR BARISTA
Join our team and lead the coffee experience with passion and expertise!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
- Train and mentor junior baristas.
- Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
- Monitor daily bar operations and maintain service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of barista experience.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and brewing methods.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning.
