Indian Food Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Cuisine Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques, a deep understanding of spices, and experience in preparing a variety of Indian dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and regional specialties.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage ingredient preparation, portion control, and inventory for Indian cuisine.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for menu planning and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Cook or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Experience with tandoor cooking, gravies, and Indian bread preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
