Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager for our Holiday Homes Department, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our property portfolio and fostering relationships with new landlords. Your primary objective will be to secure contracts and onboard property owners to list their accommodations on our software platform, akin to hotels. We are seeking an energetic and well-connected individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective landlords and property owners to enlist their holiday homes on our platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve acquisition targets and revenue goals.
  • Leverage your extensive network and connections within the hospitality and real estate sectors to establish partnerships and secure contracts.
  • Conduct negotiations with landlords to finalize terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize property listings and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and contract conversions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality, real estate, or vacation rental industry.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the hospitality and real estate sectors, particularly with property owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and forge lasting partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
