  • We are urgently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
