Overview

Job Details:

Prepare machines, tools, equipment, and the work area properly before the start of each production shift.

Operate and adjust production machines according to approved procedures, technical instructions, and process settings.

Monitor pharmaceutical production processes to ensure stable operation and proper control of production conditions during the shift.

Perform cleaning and preparation of contact packaging materials according to hygiene standards and company procedures.

Record production activities, completed work, and observations accurately in line with internal documentation requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production rooms, corridors, and supporting areas according to pharmaceutical standards.

Report machine faults, irregularities, or process deviations to the supervisor immediately.

Support smooth production operations by following safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.

Assist with basic equipment inspections to ensure machines function correctly before and during production.

Help maintain proper workflow and cooperate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.

Job Experience Requirements

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food production, or similar industries will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Willingness to work in a 3 shift system from Monday to Friday and adapt to changing production schedules when required.

High school diploma in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Food Technology, or a related technical field.

Strong attention to detail with a responsible approach toward procedures and quality standards.

Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced and regulated production environment.

Good physical condition to manage shift based production duties efficiently.
