Overview

Job Details:

Set up production machinery, tools, equipment, and the assigned work area before each shift to ensure safe and efficient production activities.

Operate production machines and make required adjustments based on approved operating procedures, technical instructions, and defined process parameters.

Monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing operations during the shift to maintain stable production conditions and ensure processes remain within established requirements.

Carry out cleaning and preparation of product-contact packaging materials in accordance with hygiene standards and company procedures.

Accurately record production activities, completed operations, observations, and other required information according to internal documentation procedures.

Maintain appropriate cleanliness and hygiene in production rooms, corridors, and related support areas in line with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Immediately inform the supervisor of machine breakdowns, abnormal conditions, process deviations, or other issues that may affect production.

Follow all established safety, quality, hygiene, and operating procedures to support consistent and compliant production activities.

Perform basic equipment checks before and during production to confirm machines are operating correctly and identify potential issues.

Work cooperatively with other production employees to maintain an efficient workflow and achieve daily manufacturing targets.

Job Experience Requirements

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food manufacturing, or a similar production environment will be considered an advantage, but it is not required.

Willingness to work a three-shift schedule from Monday to Friday and adjust to changing production requirements when necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Food Technology, or a related technical field.

Strong attention to detail with a disciplined and responsible approach to following procedures, hygiene requirements, and quality standards.

Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced, structured, and regulated production environment.

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform shift-based production duties efficiently and consistently.
