We are looking for a talented and passionate Chocolatier / Pastry Chef to join our café team. We specialize in elegant, high-end desserts and are seeking someone with exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create premium desserts, pastries, chocolates, and seasonal specialties that reflect a luxury brand.
  • Develop new dessert concepts with beautiful presentation and refined flavors.
  • Prepare cakes, pastries, viennoiserie, plated desserts, and other artisan chocolate creations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
  • Ensure the pastry kitchen remains clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal product launches.
  • Manage ingredient quality, inventory, and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chocolatier or Pastry Chef in a luxury café, fine dining restaurant, hotel, or premium bakery.

  • Experience creating elegant, high-end desserts with exceptional presentation.
