Nana Bakery | Al Meydan, Dubai

Nana is looking for a passionate and experienced pastry chef to join our team full time!

Our menu focuses on freshly baked sweets such as banana breads, cookies, brownies, and muffins. Previous baking / pastry experience is required, as we’re looking for someone with strong existing skills that we can build on together.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake products according to Nana’s recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance and portion sizes.
  • Organize daily preparation and production efficiently.
  • Follow proper food safety, storage and hygiene procedures.
  • Keep the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
  • Monitor ingredient stock and help minimize waste.
  • Assist with testing and developing new products when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous professional bakery or pastry experience is required.
  • Strong baking skills and understanding of basic techniques.
  • Experience with cookies, cakes or loaves, brownies, muffins or similar desserts.
  • Accurate, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Reliability & cleanliness.
  • Ability to work both independently & in teams.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
  • Most importantly, someone who enjoys baking!

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
